Well hello there friend!
My name is Morgan Dewey and I am married to my best friend, Shane for (holy hana) fourteen years! Shane and I met in a dumbbell Math class at Dixie State College. We became fast best friends then eventually married a year later. We both worked hard and helped each other graduate with our Associates and later our Bachelors. I received my BA in Music emphasis in Piano Performance. Thought, I had enough credits/experience for (what I consider) an honorary degree in English Literature, Creative Writing and Publishing.
I am a Domestic Goddess in the Dewey household and mother to four kids. A ten year-old princess, seven year- old soccer player, four year-old Mario-obsessed little boy and a daredevil on his bike toddler. Naturally, I keep busy on my toes with soccer games, musical theater practices lessons and rescuing dinner from burning in the oven.
Passion for Life
My major passion for life is fueled by adventure. I love traveling creating memories and experiences with my kiddies. Whether our adventures are grand: like a month long RV trip across the country with my dad and little sisters. Or daily adventures like: picnics at the park, watching musicals, bike rides through the neighborhood. The outdoors is my happy place so you’ll find our family hiking and dirt camping in the mountains all summer long.
When the kiddies are in bed you’ll might find me working on a new scrapbook, playing and singing at my piano, hiding in the corner sewing with my squeaky sewing machine, engrossed in a great book, or writing my own. I love my four pumpkin heads and most days truly love being a mother. I look forward to sharing some of the trips and tricks I have learned through the years that have helped my journey of being a mother not only great, but enjoyable too! Mommy Convos’ goal is to uplift and inspire women and I truly believe the most important influence a mothers can be is inside the walls of her own home.
