Little Poppy Co. 3 Month Subscription GIVEAWAY!
A Weight Loss Tea That Really Works & A Favorite Parenting Book
Last week for our first Friday Favorite we posted about Little Poppy Co. Bows and now we have an awesome giveaway- woot! This innovative bow company specializes in a monthly bow subscription. Basically, you choose your bow style (clip vs. elastic), the bows are delivered to you each month, and you love and enjoy your bows on the heads of your darling girls! One of the reasons I love this subscription is because bows in our house are like socks: they disappear and reappear like magic. Having this monthly subscription has been instrumental in making sure I always have a cute bow on the head of my little princess that matches the outfits of the season. The bows are shipped a couple of days before each month so you can enjoy them all month long. The colors are chosen to go with the current season and styles. In each bow package you will receive two solid color felt bows and a fabric specialty bow.
The subscription is $11.99 per month (plus shipping) and it renews every month on the 5th. If you would like to test your April Fool’s luck to try out this awesome bow company enter by voting on our Watermark logo!! Enter on Instagram or in our Facebook Group by making a comment with your vote and tagging a friend! The winner will receive a FREE three-yes you heard correctly- 3 month subscription to Little Poppy Co. Bows!! That’s NINE bows for FREE!! Good luck!! Giveaway will run Thursday to Sunday at Midnight. We will announce the winner Monday morning.
“Meyer” Lemons: a war-head candy in fresh fruit form. The meyer lemon is a cross between a lemon and a mandarin orange. If you dare try one, you’ll find that they are pretty sour at first– but then you’re left with a pleasantly sweet taste, just like a warhead! I put in on for Friday Fave’s because:
- They are so pretty to look at on the kitchen counter.
- They are fun to try! You”ll peel it like an orange and eat a whole segment!
- They are super fragrant… inspiring audible sighs of delight as I walk past 🙂
- They’ve aided with my husband’s weight loss!
Anyone that knows my husband Josh fairly well will know he is always on a diet! He had been at the same weight for a week or two even as he was dieting pretty hard, but about the same time he started drinking a lemon tea in the mornings, was when he started seeing some changes on the scale!
He heats up some of water on the stove, squeezes half a lemon in it, and pours it over a glass full of berries! He usually puts a squirt of liquid stevia in it to make it a total treat in the morning. He’s averaged 3-4 lbs of weight loss a week since he started doing the “tea” in the morning. Seems to be a good thang 🙂
Here at my house, we are loving the book ‘Teaching Your Children Values’ by Linda and Richard Eyre. Not only do they provide you with 12 values to teach (one to focus on every month), but they also provide fabulous stories, age appropriate activities and methods to help instill these values into our kiddos!
